FAQ:

Q1:  Can I access the micro SD slot?
The micro SD memory card slot can be used. But once the NUC board is installed inside the case with the panels installed - the SD card is not readily accessible.
Q2:  Which power adapter is compatible with the Plato X8?
The Plato X8 chassis has an opening for the DC-plug at the rear of the NUC mainboard for easy access once installed inside the case. The Akasa 65W NUC power adapter (Product code: AK-PD065-01M) and the power adapter supplied by Intel with the NUC are both compatible with the Plato X8.
Q3:  Can I use the infrared (IR) sensor once the NUC is installed in the chassis?
Yes, the infrared sensor can be used once the NUC is installed in the Plato X8. There is a light tube present in the Plato X8 chassis which extends the IR sensor on the NUC mainboard to the front of the case.
Q4:  What are the USB standards of the two USB ports on the front panel of the chassis?
The USB ports are connected via extension/pass-through USB cables which are USB 3.1 Gen 1 standard. USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices will revert to USB 3.1 Gen 1 standard once connected.
